Our first Alpine Music Festival was really great, and we had some truly fantastic music! A great time was had by all, and everyone is encouraging us to continue the tradition next year. We look forward to announcing our next one sometime in the next month or so. Thank you for your support!
Since our parking lot issues began, our neighbors have worked with us to make continuing distributions possible. However, the traffic backlog caused by individuals arriving before distribution and swarming the pantry at 3:30pm has created a traffic problem for our neighbors who have generously helped keep us open. We are harming their businesses and impeding their family lives with our chaotic traffic.
How can you help?
Last Name A-H, arrive between 3:30 and 4:30 pm (this time slot is the biggest problem group, and the one we are having the most issues with)
Last name I-Q, arrive between 4:30 pm through 5:30 pm
Last Name R-Z, arrive between 5:00 and 6:30pm
Through consistent effort and sheer determination, the Alpine Music Festival Committee is keeping Festival planing and progress right on track.
Keep up the Good Work Team!
